Rubber sleeves for buffing machines are easily replaced and, most important, there is nomore need to send the complete roll to be rubberized, then:
- lower cost than rubberize the roller
- short replacement time (replacement to be executed with a specific equipment upon request), machine-stop very reduced such as 10-15 minutes
- the possibity to choose (see table) different structure types, type of rubber, hardness, etc. in order to employ the most suitable rubberized roller in relation to the processed skins.
