Renowned for its long tradition of reliable and quality products, AIRCOM has introduced on the market its AIRCOM “HT” (High Transfer) spray gun. Initially designed to meet the requirements of customers who needed a lightweight, compact product, the new model was further developed to make it more efficient in pigment transfer. This feature means that the new AIRCOM “HT” is able to save a substantial amount of pigment during the spraying process. Visibly smaller and an attractive shade of blue which is also a protective coating against corrosive substances, the AIRCOM “HT” has 14 different components compared to the other AIRCOM models. Optional connection socket has also been added for the automatic cleaning circuit. In spite of the innovations, the AIRCOM “HT” has retained the normal servicing details which are easy to replace and interchangeable with the AIRCOM “DA”, “BP” and “AB-HVLP” guns, with the exception of the rod which is shorter on the new model.
Improvements have been made to the adjustment of the aperture of the pigment ducts by doubling the releases on the flywheel.
This makes the tuning more accurate and, once mounted, improves uniformity of the spray.
To conclude, the new AIRCOM “HT” does not replace any of the existing spray gun range, but rather completes the offer with a model featuring high transfer efficiency and suitable for use in particularly complex applications.
