Electro hydraulic semi-automatic bursting tester to measure resistance to burst of textiles by application of a hydraulic load under a rubber diaphragm of a specific area. Sample fixing by hand wheel with preset load. Bursting test is started by mean of hand operated lever and automatically executed. Automatic stop after bursting abd emergency stop available. Manometer as per EN 837-1 standard, diameter 150 mm. with free indicator of burst value. Provided with seconds automatic counter to measure test time.
Upper and lower clamp diameter: 30,5 mm, system providing pressure filled with hydraulic control oil, manometer range 50 bar (5000kPa). Serial port RS 232 available for PC connection.
Instrument is supplied with a set of membranes, a set of O-Rings, a bottle of hydraulic control oil, a key of ferrule, calibration report.
