This equipment has the purpose of assess the resistance of protective equipments to radiant heat.
This test equipment has the following essential characteristics:
- The equipment subjects the specimen to high radiant heat (1100° C) and reads the temperature of the specimen that is shown in an integrated display of the control unit.
- The equipment is composed essentially by three parts: the source of radiant heat, the specimen holder and the control unit.
