This test equipment is used to assess the dregree of damage (marring) and transfer of a material’s surface colour during mild dry or wet abrasion. This test is mainly applicable to footwear upper materials. However can be used to assess any coloured material such as: leather, plastics, textiles.
Fastness is assessed through the Grey Scales ISO 105 -A02 for colour change and ISO 105-A03 for colour staining available on demand.
All moving parts requiring access are protected by a fully interlocked safety guard ensuring that the machine is conforms to the European latest safety regulations.
